This whole body positive thing is bullshit. Body positive is when people are at whatever weight, shape they are through healthy eating and normal exercise. We eat too much, we eat too little, and don’t move much, or we just eat unhealthy. Most models, even the bigger ones, are horrible role models as most don’t eat enough, or eat too much(yes some do) and don’t get enough exercise.
Most can not say they are naturaly thin or big unless they are doing what their body is designed to be healthy from-eating enough food(healthy food) and exercising. I stopped calling myself naturally super thin the day I figured out I have a gluten problem, turns out when I eat healthy(non gluten for me) and exercise, I am just thin.
We should have role models who eat how much they actually need(healthy food) and exercise enough. It differs per body so don’t listen to society-society does not understand that there is such thing as genetics-genetics of which if you are doing what you are suppose to be doing you will be whatever size, shape that you are healthy and naturaly.
I wish we had role models who actually did what they are suppose to do for their bodies, they are not body positive, as it’s not positive to not give your body what it needs.
Some people do not have much money and time, if you have time to watch your favorite show you do infact have time to go for a walk. If you have money for Mcdonalds, you usually have enough money for healthy food too.
Still not everyone can do/or will really struggle to do those things as some have eating disorders and other things in life that are in the way but for those who can, please take advantage, when your body is well and at it’s natural healthy state, you benefit yourself.
